Our first step is to understand job specification and client’s requirement for the position intended.

We try to understand and discuss with clients the exact requirement of the job like: job description, working hours/work environment, expected outcome from the candidates and remuneration including perks & incentives etc.

We start the process by advertising the job requirement with all the inputs collected from clients. The initial short listing is through CVs of candidates and subsequently the process follows as indicated below:

After short listing through CVs of candidates, we try to understand the current level of knowledge and skills of the candidates through preliminary interview and modulate our training inputs and style to match the requirements at the client’s end.
